ABOUT US

KLEAP-TECH-RIG™

DRILLING & MINING ENGINEERING LLC™

★ ★ ★ ★ ★

Since 1972 KLEAPTECHRIG Drilling & Mining Private Engineering company has been the industry’s most trusted partner in drilling productivity and reliability. We are very active partners with Society of Petroleum Engineering and have bagged several awards and recognitions for our numerous excellent outputs!! We continue that legacy with a strategy focused on long-term profitable growth and high-quality, innovative products and services. KLEAPTECHRIG’S integrity promise permeates its interactions with shareholders, business partners, employees and the communities in which we operate across the globe.

KLEAPTECHRIG has a history of innovation, and our onshore and offshore rig designs have become the standard of the oil and gas industry. Our rigs are designed for the most technically challenging conditions, from Arctic climates to desert sands and from deepwater locations to multi-pad well sites.

We pioneered pad drilling in 1975 and constructed the first wheel-mounted rig specifically for this type of operation We drilled the first commercial horizontal well in the Giant Prudhoe Bay field of Alaska in 1983 and introduced the offshore drilling technology that is standard in today’s Gulf of Mexico platform drilling environment. Today, technology and innovation continue to make our rigs safer and more efficient.

In recent years, as the industry shifted to multi-well pad drilling, we anticipated the longer-term needs of our customers and focused on designing rigs for the future. While operators demanded greater efficiencies and adaptability through batch drilling, we designed rigs with increased racking capacities, integrated electronic instrumentation systems, advanced walking capabilities and our unique Side-Saddle® Substructure.

Looking ahead, we will continue to anticipate market trends, deliver innovative rig designs and help our customers meet their toughest drilling challenges by designing them e rigs of the future – today.

OUR PRODUCTS & SERVICES

KLEAP-TECH-RIG™

DRILLING & MINING ENGINEERING LLC™

★ ★ ★ ★

* Land/Onshore Rig

With operations in more than 20 countries, KLEAPTECHRIG DRILLING ENGINEERING is one of the world's largest oil and gas drilling contractors.

KLEAPTECHRIG DRILLING ENGINEERING Industries owns and operates the world's largest land-based drilling rig fleet and is a leading provider of offshore platform workover and drilling rigs in the U.S. and multiple international markets. KLEAPTECHRIG DRILLING ENGINEERING also provides innovative drilling technology, directional drilling operations and drilling instrumentation and software. Through its various subsidiaries, Nabors manufactures and sells top drives, catwalks, wrenches, drawworks and other drilling related equipment which are installed on both onshore and offshore drilling rigs.

* Offshore Rig

The KLEAPTECHRIG DRILLING ENGINEERING rig fleet represents one of the world’s youngest and most advanced fleets in the gas drilling and land drilling industries. From standard rigs to more unique constructions, KLEAPTECHRIG’S rigs provide solutions for any scale or environment.

The KLEAPTECHRIG Difference

What makes us special is our broad range of rig options, service offerings and worldwide deployment capabilities — all without the need for multiple third-party contractors. At Nabors, we are experts of many drilling options. Many of our rigs, like the PACE®-X800 rig, are among the most technologically advanced in the industry.

SmartRig® Systems

KLEAPTECHRIG SmartRig® systems feature advanced automation and technology to make drilling safer, easier and more efficient.

iRig® Drilling Systems

KLEAPTECHRIG iRig® drilling systems feature a man-less rig floor, fully automated drill pipe handling and casing running systems, a closed-loop system, as well as automatic control of downhole directional drilling.

Coiled Drilling Rigs

Capable of drilling up to eight laterals from a single wellbore, KLEAPTECHRIG proprietary coiled tubing/stem drilling rigs, CDR2-AC, and CDR3-AC were custom designed to help a major operator increase production in Alaska’s Kuparuk field.

Directional-Ready™ Rigs

KLEAPTECHRIG Directional-Ready™ rigs include integrated downhole equipment and directional drilling instrumentation to enable high-fidelity surveying and precise placement in productive targets of long-reach lateral wellbores.

MPD-Ready® Rigs

Designed specifically for managed pressure drilling, KLEAPTECHRIG MPD-Ready® rigs feature integrated hardware and software components and required flow paths to ascertain the downhole pressure environment limits and manage annular hydraulic pressure during drilling operations.

Side-Saddle® Rigs

A Side-Saddle® rig is ideal for batch drilling because it can drill the surface along one row of wells, walk to the adjacent row and repeat the same tasks using the same drilling mud.

* Speciality Rig

Based on our worldwide drilling experience, KLEAPTECHRIG has engineered a series of programmable A/C electric, or PACE® rigs, that feature:

Minimum 1500 horsepower

22,000 feet of five-inch drill pipe racking capacity

Hookload capacity of 750,000 lbs

Three 1600-horsepower 7500 psi mud pumps

Four engines

Advanced walking capabilities for batch drilling multiple wells on a single pad.

KLEAPTECHRIG’S unique combination of integrated surface and downhole technologies, proprietary software and pad-optimal features creates more value for customers by significantly reducing hidden flat time and providing consistent performance.

In 2017, Nabors converted its existing PACE®-B and PACE®-S rigs to a platform equal in capacity and functionality as the newer PACE® rigs. Powered by the SmartROS® platofrm, KLEAPTECHRIG has approximately 100 pad-optimal PACE® series SmartRig® drilling systems.

PACE®-X800 Rig

PACE®-X800 rigs are designed specifically for multi-well pad drilling. They streamline move times over short distances by limiting the components needed for rig up and rig down, resulting in faster drilling and reduced flat and move times.

Pace®-X800 Quad Design Drilling Rigs

Featuring the same advanced multi-well pad drilling capabilities of the PACE®-X800 rig, the PACE®-X800 quad design rig enables fewer connections due to an additional 31-foot section that allows for four joints of pipe in the setback.

PACE®-M800 Rig

As lateral lengths continue to increase, drillers need a rig with more power and greater tripping speed. The PACE®-M800 rig features innovative advanced technologies that provide both.

PACE®-M1000 Rig

As lateral lengths continue to increase, drillers need a rig with more power and greater tripping speeds. The PACE®-M1000 rig features innovative advanced technologies that provide both of these capabilities, while also improving rig move efficiency.
